In our alloy melt, exclusively specially tested and approved raw materials are used and melted to a special alloy that is adjusted to our customers' areas of application.

After a chemical analysis, the melt undergoes a specific cleaning procedure before it is cast into controlled cooled casting moulds to receive roller plates.
